"Minor surgery"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

Arrived a little early for the appointment and 5 minutes before the appointed time was told that they were running about 30 minutes late.

Taken through to the surgical area and introduced to Kirsty and Jill.

Asked the required questions and signed the consent form.

Prepared for the surgery, chatting with the nurses.

Had the anaesthetic injections and then the surgery without discomfort.

Thanked the nurses and left.

Good Morning,

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback regarding your recent visit and I have shared this with our team.

I am sorry your appointment was delayed on the day, unfortunately occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances relating to individual procedures our clinic can run late and this did happen that day. It is my aim to always keep patients informed if this happens and I am pleased we were able to do this which perhaps makes the waiting a little easier.

I am pleased the remainder of your visit went well and I hope your wound is healing well.

Thanks again.

Kirsty
