My family and I have been patients of this practice for many years. Recently we have had enough and decided to change to a different practice in the area, having heard from friends who did the same.
The main issues are - unfriendly and rude main receptionist, poor availability of appointments, doctors that give an inadequate diagnosis. The final straw for me was being told I probably had gout when I presented with an extremely painful foot (the heel particularly). The diagnosis was done with any tests, and without even touching my foot. I had no obvious sings of gout so I am 99% sure this was not the problem. I was given a slip for a blood test - but on googling after the appointment I found that a blood test will not confirm or rule out gout.
I will seek a diagnosis of the condition from a new practice as I would like to know what the problem is, as it has recently re-occurred.
