As a husband of a patient coming for an endoscopy. I was present throughout, the nurse was outstanding and thoroughly professional. As a former nurse, RAF Medic now NHS Paramedic Commander, I found him to have one of the best informative, professional and courteous bedside manners that I’ve seen.
