This is a true and unbiased feed back relative to the level of care and attention recently received by my Wife at Heartlands Hospital Ward 3 Renal Clinic.
Having suffered renal failure and needing immediate dialysis, my Wife was admitted to this clinic in order to undergo Haemodialysis Catheter Surgery followed by Renal Dialysis. To state that my Wife was extremely worried and fearful of the whole process would be a gross understatement.
From the very minute she entered this clinic, I can only described the care she received as absolutely outstanding, in fact it would be very difficult to offer suggestions on how improvements could have been made.
The Doctor in attendance (Dr Amar) and the Trainee Practitioner (Sarah) took the greatest care with putting my Wife at ease and throughout the whole process were both simply wonderful, as indeed were the whole Nursing Staff within the Dialysis Unit.
Both my Wife and myself would like to take this opportunity of offering our grateful thanks to all Doctors and Nursing Staff on Ward 3 at Heartlands Hospital.
