This department provides a truly shocking service.
My mother has been attending for a number of years and ALWAYS has to chase for an appointment. She has been prescribed treatment every three months, but this is not honoured. The latest is she has been asked to attend for a review and following this has no fixed appointment for treatment at all. So 4 months later despite significant pain, she has no relief in sight. Is this what we have come to?
