Anything else?
I have entered January 2012 as it is the month in which I had major remedial surgery on my foot and ankle at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
I had previously been operated upon at Spire Regency. The surgeon, who is still a consultant there, had incorrectly set the talus at an angle, the screws had their heads protruding. Being immediately adjacent to a joint, its' use was severely compromised.
Thus, as a result of being treated at Spire Regency, the operation to remedy their failure was far greater than the original work carried out by Glan Clwyd Hospital after my accident.
The damage, effectively, was greater than that I suffered at the time of the accident.
"The stay was pleasant, the outcome was a failure."
