"Outstanding Staff"

We traveled here from Norwich as this was the only hospital that would do the operation that my husband needed,

And I wish there east some way of making this or permanent hospital.

I have never been in a hospital where every single member of staff I have spoken to has been friendly, polite and caring, no matter who I spoke to or whatever I asked at whatever time of the night it was never any problem for a staff member to help me.

The staff at the security desk were very friendly, staff on E12 ward were the kindest people I have ever met and they all gave my husband the best care he has ever received and we're equally as kind and compassionate for me, I wish I had got the name of the lady who was my husbands primary career on E12 as she was outstanding in her care delivery.

The staff on the ward C25 were organised and helpful, and although they were highly busy they always made the time to speak and deliver great patient care.

The doctor, his surgical team and admin team were kind, friendly, funny and confident - they have done a fantastic job with the surgery and from the first time we met them the care and communication has been faultless.

No matter who I went to with a concern through the whole process they have been absolutely fantastic and I want to thank them all, what a wonderful hospital full of amazing people.
