"Acute Medical Unif"

About: Rotherham Hospital

Was on the Acute Medical Unit recently. Uncaring and highly unprofessional staff on this ward, especially the health care assistants from what i saw. For example, groups of health care assistants openly gossiping about patients is not professional at all. They're all in a CARING profession and I think a lot of them need to have a good think about this as they lack even that aspect for patients.

Hello name is Samantha, Head of Patient Experience at the Hospital. I was sorry to read of your experience. It is always our intention to provide the best service possible and as such disappointing when the services falls below the expectations of our patients and their relatives.
