I came in to Hereford A&E with a bad laceration to my arm. The staff were friendly, helpful, calm and confident. They stitched me up, unphased by me bleeding all over the floor, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much for your help and expertise! It is greatly appreciated.
