(as a parent/guardian),

I’d like to thank the lovely child immunisation nurse who covers our GP practice at Alloway Place in Ayr. She always seems to have lots of time for us despite being incredibly busy. Is always interested in how my little one is feeding/sleeping/developing and will listen to or offer good advice with anything else we’re going through. I’ve seen her now with both my kids and we’re never rushed and I’m always supported to breastfeed afterwards if I need to. Her genuinely caring nature makes taking my babies for something unpleasant much more bearable.

How lovely to hear such a lovely accolade to the nurse at Alloway Place GP practice. I will be delighted to pass this to the practice and the nurse. This really shows how important it is to patients when they experience care from such a genuine and caring staff member.
