I recently went to the “Fracture Clinic” at the ( Pilgrim Hospital Boston Lincs ). As usual, it was a very good experience in every way. I am- unfortunately - a regular visitor, seeing mostly Mr Singh who has had to put up with my problems for 2 years ( very sorry about this, Mr Singh, you are very patient. (I have one allergy—- MYSELF!!!
Last night, after having an accident due to a neighbour causing me to fall, I had cause to go to A and E where I received absolutely perfect care from the Consultant I saw. It was very late at night and the department was full but still, all the staff were cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.
Then I had a follow up appointment at the “Fracture Clinic” to assess treatment needed. Once more, the Consultant I saw there was exemplary. Unfortunately, I cannot recall his name but will try and write it in my next opinion. The nursing staff were wonderful and one nurse partially did my nails!! ( She removed my nail colour for certain medical reasons ). All done with humour, I might add, and she offered full nail treatment later. Unfortunately, I missed out on that.
As you can see, I cannot recommend this department, or hospital, more.
