My husband had major surgery a fortnight ago and is now recuperating at home but during his stay at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital he was well looked after from the pre op to surgery to HDU and then to the Ward. He was on Ward 3 for 8 nights and the staff on there were brilliant, amazing and fantastic. The Surgeons were fabulous and removed his tumour and then the nurse on the HDU was attentive and professional. Ward 3 staff then looked after him and I cannot thank them enough for helping him get through those early days after surgery and then getting him ready to come home. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You are all a credit to the hospital and the NHS.
