Thank for telling us what you valued about the service. Your feedback is so important.

Although we see many people in our service, we want each person to feel that their therapy was tailored and met their needs so we are glad we achieved this.

Because you made use of the skills you learnt in your sessions you became your own therapist so do keep practising the skills.

Your feedback shows insight, courage and strength, all of which will improve your quality of life.
