"Cannot reccomend this surgery highly enough"

Visited the surgery recently with my mum who has had an operation recently. She was cheerfully greeted by name as we walked in and was seen in a very timely manner in a joint consultation with the GP and Practice Nurse. Neither knew that I work in a practice myself, so I can confidently say my mum was treated with the utmost dignity and respect, and the Doctor communicated in such a lovely, compassionate and caring way, ensuring my mum had good pain relief as she wasn't sleeping due to pain.

I had a small but important query the following day and the receptionists were really helpful and the Doctor despite being so busy took the time to ring back to ensure that I was happy and that we were keeping my mum safe.

I cannot praise this surgery's staff enough for their holistic care, compassion and professionalism. A massive thank you and well done to all of you!
