"The best ED staff in England"

I went to the A&E today I suffer from RA and was in severe pain, I could barely walk and upon arrival I checked at ED reception and was immediately examined in triage. I waited at the waiting room and was seen by the nurse she took blood. I was then called in by one particular doctor and I explained to him my situation he was so kind and reassuring, he told me to wait and he went and got me the consultant on duty who happened to be a Rehumatologist how lucky was I. The Rehumatology Dr was so kind he examined me made me at ease and asked nurse Florentina to attend to me she gave me an IM injection and I immediately felt better. I want to thank all the staff at ED for your kind help. Frimley Park hospital ED staff you guys are the best second to none, the best NHS experience I've ever had. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart this particular doctor, the consultant and nurse for all your help and kindness. You guys are the best!!! kind regards E.
