My visit to A&E and the reception, the kindness, attentiveness and the professional manor from all the doctors and nurses I came into contact with was 10/10. A&E is not somewhere you want to be but they didn't seem stressed, creating calm in what i imagine is a highly stressful environment. My problems were diagnosed by 2 nurses, 2 doctor's and an ENT specialist so I knew I was getting the right synopsis.
