About: Russells Hall Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I attended the Emergency Department as I had injured my hand and thumb in a fall. All the staff I met were efficient, friendly and helpful. Thankfully, x-rays showed nothing was broken but I was very reassured by the thorough way in which I was examined by the Nurse Practitioner. I was offered pain relief as soon as I was seen and given a splint for support with advice on how to care for the sprain before I left. Many thanks to the staff I met!
