Like so many others, my experience of this surgery is very disappointing.
It is impossible to get through on the phone (clearly they need more staff on the phones) - I pressed redial 78 times before I got connected and I have been holding now for 22 minutes as I write this.
One of my children has a pressing medical issue and the lack of speed with which it is being dealt is appalling. I am having to chase the surgery endlessly to receive information (which of course means planning at least an hour to do so.)
At one point my child had an infection and the first
I heard about it was when the pharmacy rang telling me I had medication waiting.
I am afraid that I will be moving surgery again and really hope I will have a better experience in another Portsmouth surgery.
