About: Good Hope Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted into Good Hope Hospital last week for day case surgery.

I found all of the staff involved from the nurses to the consultant who treated me to be very caring and professional.

I had, prior to the operation, been given a comprehensive amount of information to read to allay any concerns that I may have had regarding the surgery. The surgery went well and the post operative care was excellent.

I found that the whole experience underlined how fortunate we are to have the NHS.
