"Induction suite new cross hospital"

About: New Cross Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

I had a very poor experience from the start no explanations given throughout. No medical history taken, no wristband applied not checked when given medication. No recognition to planned birth plan as I was not told my wishes could not go ahead I was not involved in my own birth experience I was just told what was happening and not asked. If future births overdue I would refuse induction after such a negative drawn out experience.
