The GP at my local surgery made an important decision to refer me to the Uro Gynae Dept at Derriford. I was given an appointment very quickly. They eventually found the department, I find the layout of the corridors very confusing. I had my very sympathetic treatment from all the staff, particularly one doctor who showed a great deal of patience with me as I am partially deaf and was not at my finest that morning.
