My father was admitted to Sanford
Ward in July 2018 after suffering a breakdown. The care from day 1 was exceptional.
My dad was shown respect dignity and compassion.
As his family so were we. We were warmly welcomed at all times when we came to visit, always offered a drink and biscuit too! My dads diet requirements were fully adhered to , him being coeliac.
Every member of staff took time to chat and nothing was too much trouble. My dad felt very safe and secure there.
The staff make the days as pleasant as they can with group actuvities..cooking, art, PE etc.
We cannot praise these people enough. Thankyou
