"Non existent patient care"

I was referred on discharge in hospital to an endocrinologist. A mistake was made and appointment never sent. After contacting hospital they refused to help. I saw my GP and he did an urgent referral to endocrinology due to my abnormal test results and symptoms. The endocrinologist cancelled my appointment and is refusing to see me with no explanation given. My GP has sent emails asking for advice that are just being ingnored by the department. Terrible service with complete lack of patient care.
