"Asthmatic child refused appointment / telephone..."

my daughter is asthmatic , quite wheezy and full of cold normally I would double up on inhalers , but due to a new one a day I rang up and asked if there was a doctor or asthma nurse available for advice , and help with Sophie’s current condition , I was told NO , no appoint,ents available and to ring up at 8 am Monday morning , sorry this is an asthmatic child that needs advice or seen by a gp asthmatic nurse , her peak flow has dropped she feels generally unwell . I had no option but to ring 111 who stated she needs primary care in the next 6 hours and gave me the number for this surgery , so I told them I was told nothing available , so on that note he had no option but to refer me through to the out of hours GP service , and noted on file nothing available at the surgery and no help or advice given a basic refusal for an asthmatic child
