"Disappointed"

Administration is poor, had to chase for all results and physically pass them on yourself. Reception staff / admin / nurses call you at top of voices through a shabby reception room. No privacy. A tired run down hospital which accepts NHS and private together. One of my tests was an ECG where I had seen the gentleman who performed my ECG walk out of the toilets without washing hands. Albeit he did have surgical gloves on to perform ECG another pointer that hygiene is not a priority. I would think twice before using this hospital in the future
