"They have given me my life back after sepsis"

(as a service user),

Thanks to the fantastic care and help of the wonderful staff at A& E then up to Mersea Ward at  Colchester General hospital I am able to write this likely inadequate testimony to their Fantastic nursing care, attention to the patients every need.

The medical care I received was utterly outstanding, for the third time they have given me my life back after SEPSIS for which I am eternally grateful, I don’t have the words to express their professionalism, dedication and amazing skills other than to say a sincere heartfelt THANK YOU all x
