On the 24.8.18 I was admitted to the Leicester General hospital for operation on my left Hip.
After the operation I was placed on ward 14, during the next 20 days, I received what i report as a first class service from all staff. Not only in the professional way that they went about their work, but also the devotion and commitment to care. I was also pleased by the way the ward was kept clean on a daily bases. There was a very good choice of food and was of a very good standard.
I was always kept up to date on the progress I was making, and staff were always there to reassure on issues I did not understand.
Long may this standard continue, and that staff receive the correct support which will allow them to do so.
