We moved to Loughton over 20 years ago and LHC has dealt with us continuously ever since. We've never had a reason to complain or switch practice. That time has included making operation referalls to local hospitals, dealing with a chronic condition and infant care amongst many stages of life and conditions/illnesses.
My wife and daughter particularly like having a woman GP, though I just like knowing I have a doctor who is experienced and "on the notepaper". The practice is usually able to arrange an appointment, and I have even had one at the weekend because the practice arranges out of normal hours cover - you can't make an appointment with illnesses!
Overall, we've been very happy with the service we've had from the practice as a whole, not just GPs, but reception staff and practice nurse too.
