I'm a foreign patient and I must say right from the time I booked my appointment to when I arrived the hospital and throughout my consultancy sections,the staff have been very excellent in their services right from the response rate to ensuring I have answers to any questions asked.

A certain staff in the Urology department was highly effective in ensuring that my appointments were promptly booked and rescheduled whenever it was necessary.

Two members of staff were also very supportive in ensuring I have a great experience.

The consultant demonstrated excellent expertise in attending to my situation and the overall experience was excellent.
