About: Tilbury Health Centre

I have to phiscally walk to the surgery to get any response.99 percent of the people on the desk are great some go beyond their duty.nurses great no problems there.doctors ok but I would like to see one occasionally.

When I was young the doctor knew you your siblings your illnesses etc now you have to explain all the time ..

I just want to book a appointment in advance when I want one,is this not unreasonable.

Just told the Man on the desk don't feel good just did my blood pressure at home and it's high ,, to see a nurse 2 weeks Wednesday what a joke

Maybe stop taking patients on and try and fill the appointments that people want.

I have multiple problems with my back skin blood pressure etc I'm not young and can't work until I'm sorted so please start making appointments easier to get.....

I am so sorry that your experience at the practice has not been positive one, your feedback is important to us and we will use it to help improve services and train our staff.

Our clinical teams are based on the number of patients registered with us, to ensure we deliver a proportionate number of appointments for patients to access. We also offer "Extended Hours" appointments at Commonwealth Health Centre and can help you book appointments at the local Hub.
