"Psoriasis"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Dermatology (Skin Conditions)

(as a service user),

Recieved tar treatment and uvb therapy

Both nurses were friendly and approachable

Recieved a letter for follow up after uvb therapy was finished

Nurse i saw said why are you here

So i answered feeling uncomfortable at this point “i received an appointment”

They then said well we dont see people after uvb

Their whole attitude and manner left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed

I popped along to uvb nurse and said so

Showed her my appt letter

Which was made by the consultant

I left the hospital in tears
