"Sent away without treatment"

About: Newham General Hospital / Accident and emergency

I am an nhs staff myself and I also work at newham and to be treated that way in uniform imagine somebody else what would they think about the trust and this hospital itself.

After checking in to A&E On the 8th September 2018 i was called to go and see the Dr in UCC, when I got there she barely even looked at me in my face nor offered me a seat before sending me on my way without an X-ray or ultrasound, I was in a lot of pain in fact I still am.

But on the on my patient access account states that I left A&E department without receiving treatment. I was seen by the UCC Doctor who turned me away without treatment or even giving me the time of day. So for one that record needs to be changed
