having had three different illness in the past month after a few years of not needing the surgery it was a great relief when I contacted them to find quick pleasant and helpful reception and a doctor phoned within the hour . after a phone consultation I was offered a sit and wait appointment that day which I was pleased to take . the wait was never very long and the doctor very helpful and pleasant . I think we are vey lucky to have the doctors and staff at this practice.
