Can't fault the crohns and colitis nurses here although I do feel that the patient should have more of a say in which treatment options are right for them. I did feel like I wouldn't really have an option in my eventual medication and care plan. That said, they were polite, easy to talk to and thorough in their work.
There was a receptionist who really lets this place down. She was on the desk alone and was quite rude when I asked her where I needed to go, it being my first time here. People come to the hospital stressed and should be treated with respect and care. On the other side, there was a man helping people sign in at the kiosks and he was very polite. Need more staff like that at your hospital.
Would also like to point out that signage is very poor around the hospital which again, makes everything more stressful.
"Good and bad."
