Arrived this morning at 8:05 for a routine blood test. 15 patients already there waiting in reception area, the sign states 'take a ticket and have a seat', there were no tickets left in the machine.
We all stood there for 25 minutes, at which point there was probably 25 patients there.
One person telephoned a number given on website, got through to an office and was told it was nothing to do with them.
Asked another member of staff, in Dental Office, who did not know the whearabouts of the nurse.
At 8:30 a few of us decided enough was enough and left, 2 patients had not eaten for 12 hours as there's was a fasting blood test - disgraceful service that no messages had got through from the absent nurse!
