"day surgery for hernia repair"

i am writing this report on behalf of my father. He underwent surgery for a hernia repair on weds 12th sept 2018 at your unit and cannot thank you all enough for the proffesionalism care and attention you showed him.He asked me to say thank you to the surgeon. He says its the best surgery he has ever had. To the day surgery , theatre , unit and recovery nurses a big thank you for all your hard work and for looking after him all through the night in the recovery unit. A big thank you from myself also , i am a nurse and understand the pressure we are all under to deliver a good level of care even when we do not have the staff or time to do so .
