About: Beaumont Villa Surgery

Have been registered at this surgery for over 10 years and only once or twice needed any help from the surgery regarding my health as i'm in pretty good shape.

Now i do need some help from them I can see that I'm not alone term's of absolute incompetence with this surgery, 4 month's waiting for a referral that was only completed once I had chased them up only for it to be cancelled day's later.

More chance of getting blood from a stone than anyone at this surgery doing anything they are supposed to be doing.

tax pays for services. The NHS is an insurance scheme where those with greatest need get the most. However GP surgeries have been grossly under funded for years and this is the impact of austerity. The finance we have to deliver patient care for a whole year is less than some people pay per month for their TV package. We do the best we can with the resource available and often work late into the evening and days off... but feedback like this kind of stretches the good will from staff that keep the NHS afloat.
