"Superb in every respect"

From the moment my very elderly mum, with many medical conditions, arrived at Richardson Community Hospital she received outstanding care and treatment from all of the delightful staff during her stay. All the staff were incredible, smiling, patient, knowledgeable and so caring, they deserve a medal. The hospital was immaculate and fresh at all times. I cannot praise the staff enough for their dedication and expertise, nothing was too much trouble for them and yet the atmosphere was calm and quiet. My mum was in for over two weeks and was treated with dignity and respect. As visitors my very elderly father and myself were treated superbly at all times. We felt confident and comfortable leaving mum in hospital with such exceptionally high standards.
