"Frustrated"

I had a telephone medical review with a Dr which was fine but I expressed a concern about diabetes given my background, history, age etc etc. The dr suggested it would be a good idea i arrange a health check to get this checked. I called to arrange this but was told i would be called back. I was left a message on my answer machine telling me in no uncertain terms that I could not have a health check until feb 2019 as Health checks were done every 5 years. Prevention is better than cure i thought?!
