(as a relative),

I have a relative who has been quite ill in the last few years and as result has a care package provided by North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership. The attention to detail and genuine caring attitude of the staff has been just wonderful. Has given other family members so much peace of mind to know she is being cared for so professionally.

Dear The Filleter,

Many thanks for taking the time out to contact us with regards to the services provided to a relative of yours.

We tailor all of our care packages to the individual needs of the person in need of services and we take great pride in trying to get it right for everyone who we build a relationship with.

In conclusion, it is always good for us to know that what our staff are doing is addressing the issues that our most vulnerable residents and once again, I thank you on behalf of the Care at Home Team for getting in touch.
