"Poor elderly care"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

A member of the family was recently an inpatient on ward 20. The total lack of care shown by the staff and their total indifference to the situation was entirely disgraceful. There is zero communication with family members, other than to dictate terms in a patronising and authoritative fashion.

A little less time hiding behind professional jargon to exert one's professional power (and indeed the nurses' station) and a little more effort into patient care and polite communication would go a very long way!!
