"Long wait"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead) / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

MIU at QVH - what a shambles! No triage system in place, lack of communication about what is going on and staff appearing to sit around with nothing to do while there is a 4 hour wait. We are continually told to go to the right place for treatment but it's no wonder that A&E is used for minor complaints.
