"Appointments system inadequate"

I despair at the way this practice is managed/mismanaged.

Getting an appointment to see a doctor is almost impossible and I really don't remember the last time I was able to!

The triage telephone conversation has replaced the emergency appointment system and you have to wait all day for a phone call unless you ring up at 8am which isn't possible for everybody especially when sick.

The older receptionists are condescending and patronising and I feel like the whole place is mismanaged. There are some great doctors there if you can get to see them. Their system doesn't work but they dont see it. Its impersonal and you ferl like a number not a person. Im disgusted with them.lately and want to change surgeries. Feel tied though as the actual God know you but you can't book appointments in advance well very rarely. Shame.
