"letter saying no longer welcome at the surgery"

i made several complaint ranging from being made to wait an hour upon arrival, to them getting my prescription incorrect, i then received a letter to say i had been intimidating towards staff, absolute nonsense . I merely expressed my disgust at my medication being wrong for the umpteenth time, i would advise all that the level of care shown in this surgery is nothing short of a scandal. Do not join !!!!!
