As a result of passing blood on toilet rang surgery to seek emergency appointment. Rang at 10.30 am and was offered one at 10.45 am gladly accepted. Straight into car and off to Ramsbottom arriving at 10.44 am. In for treatment at 10.48 am and out at 10.59 am .
Just as important was the reassurance during and after treatment.
Credit where it's due, the conduct and service from the surgery staff involved was exemplary.
