Very recently I had an injection  to my right elbow, I was very apprehensive because the last time I had it, it was painful even though the consultant who had performed it the last time had told me that it would be virtually painless. This time I had an excellent team most notably Mr/Dr Remedios who first of all informed me all about it after asking me my line of work, he even asked me if I wished to abort the procedure but his calm words had a positive effect and the procedure was virtually painless. Being an NHS worker myself, I do understand the pressure under which the staff work but Mr./Dr Remedios made me feel as if I was being treated almost like a private patient and he has excellent skills both as a Doctor and as a human being-Thank you Dr.Remedios-May God bless you in your noble career-
