"Blood test messed up"

I visited in January/ February 2018 for my three monthly biopsy template blood test. I Had to wait nearly two nearly hours to be seen at midmorning.

Not to mention issues with parking everytime I visit.

That aside, I attended Urology department the following week only to be told the person who took the blood messed up the details hence nothing could be discussed as there were no results.

So I had to go back that afternoon to get another blood test done. I had a note from the consultant which got me a"VIP" queue exempt otherwise I would have had to wait a minimum time of 50min!

I have also had to leave a couple of times without doing blood as the wait was over an hour which meant I would have missed my other commitments.

I do not know if this helps but reading through the reviews, I came across similar sentiments so I thought I'll leave mine as well.

I can't fault the staff as they are friendly and seem to be doing their uptmost. There was even once when I visited and one of the male staff was injecting some humour whiles trying to speed the process up :-)
