"terrible service for sick patients"

I have been a patient at beckington for some ten years, I am now 80 years old and suffer with COPD, I have recently had a heavy cold that has left me with a cough that seems to be permanent. I have also had bladder problems which gets me up five or six times a night, the doctor phoned me ( my request) and prescribed pills and said make an appiontment and we will do some further tests. After trying several times to get through on the phone I tied in the afternoon and was told the only appointment available was in OCTOBER this was on the 7th September. I hope I am still alive then, thankyou Beckington.
