What I liked

From the initial appointment which was within minutes of the allocated appointment time, all the information that was given was very clear.

I needed an operation and on the day everything was handled smoothly and the staff very very good.

On leaving the the hospital I received a follow up telephone call the nest day to ensure all was well.

The overall experience was very good and all staff should be praised.
