My 84 year old dad was taken in to urgent care on Tuesday and kept in for treatment until Friday. This is the first time he has ever needed any medical treatment so naturally it was a very scary time for us all. We are so so greatful for all the care he was given during his stay he is now home and well. We only left him at night time to sleep and was back up by 9 am every day so witnessed the care he was given from start to finish. Staff were friendly and happy to help with requests, they frequently brought around tea and coffee, snacks and meals. Constant cleaning of the bays on the ward and ensuring clean bedding and clothing every day. Thankyou so much.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the care your father received, I'm glad to hear that he's now well and back at home.
